It would be best get a living wage $22-25 per hour. Benefits are meant to benefit in some form, if you get to use or keep them. Vacation/sick time is accrued and unusable for 6 months. It is a use it or lose it by the end of the year. Can't keep employees can't allow ones here to use the time banked

VACATION & PTO both of which we earn, not given from day one is use it or loss it. We do the work of at least 9 departments get paid less then Mc Donald's per hour and mgmnt always avoids answering questions in groups or meetings.
Rips customs off do not patronize
raise pay , offer stock as compensation
Do not take advantage of existing employees.
If they promoted based on work performance
They overwork us mentally but do not care at all to help
