My co-workers, the ability to work at my own pace, and Co workers answer questions because mgmnt has never done our jobs in this decade
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company are liars and bullshitters per policy unless they are in a good mood, or unless you disagree My co-workers are the best thing kind hard working under paid people who need these jobs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
VACATION & PTO both of which we earn, not given from day one is use it or loss it. We do the work of at least 9 departments get paid less then Mc Donald's per hour and mgmnt always avoids answering questions in groups or meetings.
