I was lied to during the interview process, the job is filled with soooo much unnecessary drama, stress, inconsistency in policies & procedures. EVERYONE is a manager yet NO one takes responsibility. Worked here less that 6 months have had 3 DM's and numerous co workers average person stay 2 months

Pay a living wage, give real benefits, in state DMs, and flexible job schedules

We aren't allowed to speak or ask questions just agree and give positive comments. Wouldn't want to better people in anyway
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We generally work with 1 person or alone. You create the environment. When upper management is involved its uncomfortable and awkward
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay, benefits, people, knowledge, the CEO cleared over 5 million the average worker make 17 and hour workers have to choose between eating, rent, and gas. Management is so out of touch with expectation/compensation the Team members do 9 different jobs daily and get paid the same amount as a server
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be best get a living wage $22-25 per hour. Benefits are meant to benefit in some form, if you get to use or keep them. Vacation/sick time is accrued and unusable for 6 months. It is a use it or lose it by the end of the year. Can't keep employees can't allow ones here to use the time banked
