Its been a great company to work for. I have worked in 3 districts so far and with that, two different divisions, the biggest issue I have is the inconsistency from district to district and divisions

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to interact with some of the customers or when I am able to effectively do the work that needs to be done each day when I am able to have to right tools or when I am able to make necessary repairs, (when the DM allows it)

I wish I had more help to run my facility. My district is so short on help, and turn over so high, quality help is far and few between but the expectations and responsibilities increase constantly.
