Pay, benefits, people, knowledge, the CEO cleared over 5 million the average worker make 17 and hour workers have to choose between eating, rent, and gas. Management is so out of touch with expectation/compensation the Team members do 9 different jobs daily and get paid the same amount as a server

Communication before things happen smh

Treating GM's and SM's with respect. Listening when issues are brought up. I told my DM some of what was going on, and I got marked bad on my review that I can't get along w my peers. Squeaky wheel doesn't get greased here, it just simply gets replaced. Even if the rest of the wheels are rotten.

Starting store Managers nred to start at 22.50 to 25.00 per hour

It would be best get a living wage $22-25 per hour. Benefits are meant to benefit in some form, if you get to use or keep them. Vacation/sick time is accrued and unusable for 6 months. It is a use it or lose it by the end of the year. Can't keep employees can't allow ones here to use the time banked

VACATION & PTO both of which we earn, not given from day one is use it or loss it. We do the work of at least 9 departments get paid less then Mc Donald's per hour and mgmnt always avoids answering questions in groups or meetings.
