They're very performance motivated. Our district ALWAYS performs the best.

My co-workers, the ability to work at my own pace, and Co workers answer questions because mgmnt has never done our jobs in this decade
My team is me (a Store Manager) & my General Manager. We work well together, and "see" each other's vision's when discussing projects. I love my GM, and every one of our customers does too. (My District Manager said to me that its probably because he is breaking policy for them, which is NOT TRUE.)

Met the District Manager first. Also what system I would use.
My interview was positive. The person looked at my past experience and abilities.
This was almost 14 years ago and what I liked most is the Manager who interviewed me made me feel comfortable enough to be myself.

When I get to interact with some of the customers or when I am able to effectively do the work that needs to be done each day when I am able to have to right tools or when I am able to make necessary repairs, (when the DM allows it)
