Leadership review
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They interview you but will not hire you directly - most must be contracted through a temp agency first

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Horrible experience - getting worse day by day watching mass layoffs, lies by management are rampant. They say one thing, yet do the opposite. Do as I say not as I do. The beatings will continue until morale improves. It's a boys club. Constant changes, re-orgs and total confusion.
