Leadership only cares about numbers and themselves. Completely out of touch w the reality of working conditions.
It is totally focused on the bottom line and not the people that achieve the bottom line. It is destroying people at a high rate.
Leadership is out of touch with the reality of the work environment. They make decisions based on their own personal agendas without concern for the impact on employees.
Better short term and long term planning. Workforce management
Leadership needs to listen to the employees and fix long standing issues between departments.
Base pay is fine but promotions/raises are impossible
Promises were made and not kept.
Compensation is not would it should be for the work you do.
Hire more resources to balance work to pay balance
Compensation should be equal for same positions. Management needs to invest in their employees and not themselves. They get a big bonus, while the employees get little to nothing. Stop lying. We were told the company wasn't for sale, yet 6 months later we were sold to an investment company
Supportive and collaborative team mates
Team works as a team and try to deliver the requirements though management does not have a proper plan.
Communication and motivation. The morale is very low.
Some co-wiorkers will stab you in the back to look good
Most employees are nice but overworked, undervalued and out for themselves - not much team work

Nothing positive. Moral is at an all time low. People are leaving at a rapid pace and the workloads are just dumped on others
More people in the right roles in locations closer to the customer
Actually caring about the employees, and utilizing, as well as compensating fairly for their skills.

Management needs to leave - they put $$ ahead of innovation and the crap we put out is sub-par
So many things are wrong - demanding a 35% margin on bids will be the demise of Cubic. Most of leadership needs to go
Cubic was bought out by an investment company that had no clue about the business. All they care about is making their money back as quickly as possible so they can sell Cubic off - at the expense of the customers by jacking up the margins by a whopping 35%! In doing so, they are losing bids.
