It’s great that they give the opportunity to live the life of an exchange student to so many girls.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to do their job. Help the girls to get the best experience, also the families but most of the times the girls don’t get real help
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should help the au pair for real. So many of them are in just awful conditions and not getting the best experience. They look after the families instead of the girls. The girls are in a completely different country far from their families
