They are very persuasive about what they want.
I think they should give more attention for their au pairs and the support necessary.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance is phenomenal and our pto is very generous. It is hard to use, but it's nice to have.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The difference between what they pay for nannies and au pair is unfair.
They only think about the host families and the au pairs usually are neglected by them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are like a family to me.
They are the best team I have ever had
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should help the au pair for real. So many of them are in just awful conditions and not getting the best experience. They look after the families instead of the girls. The girls are in a completely different country far from their families
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some people work from home
The chance we have to exchange culture from different countries.
Everyone works happy and treat you nicely
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More excitement and support. Lunch is very short and should be longer
They need to do their job. Help the girls to get the best experience, also the families but most of the times the girls don’t get real help
