As the result of two merged work groups, we knew it would take some time to work out all the kinks required by integration, but the positives are that people are motivated to do so, open to ways of doing things better, and friendly collaborative in accomplishing our goals

They are open to ideas and suggestions from anywhere within the organization

People are friendly, want to help, and we can discuss things freely

The pay is fair for the work required, and the annual bonuses are nice
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly people who want to do their best for the company and our customers
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is interesting/meaningful, the workload allows you to have a life, I feel I can make a difference, and the future is bright.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collegial. Also very focused on getting things done. I was in the part of the company that was previously part of a larger organization, and you could never get any changes accomplished. Now we are well informed and empowered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are excited and positive, and also friendly and helpful. We know we are in control of our destiny, and when we work together we all succeed. We are not the kind of consulting firm where you win by climbing over other people's dead bodies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fun, exciting, collegial. People are always wiling to help and I have yet to experience infighting, silos, or hidden agendas. We are a blend of two firms, one known for professional expertise and client support, the other for innovation and cutting edge tech. We now leverage the best of both.
