What are some of the best things about your team?

All the people that i work with are super friendly and i enjoy the interactions i have with them.

What makes you most happy at work?

When i get to run food and do register and desserts because i just enjoy the interactions with the people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I just fell for the amount of work i do and the extra hours that i pick up i am not getting paid fairly for the job.
