What makes you most happy at work?
I like having a good structure with many coworkers, happy Customer’s and work flow smoothly and No Remakes on any food or drinks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone does well when we have structured work time and progress in motion, also help from higher up management and manager’s. **Zero structured at work and time management plus more younger coworker’s equals mess up and lack of time used properly....
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s great to be kind to elderly folks and open a door or small fun chat. It’s really sweet to see smiles and happy guests. When I see good results from a Guest how was Culver’s experience it’s good to hear what can we improve and do better.
