Everyone is friends with everyone which makes working there pretty great on the daily
What makes you most happy at work?
I love it when people look for the best in each other, even when its really busy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was well oriented towards a high school student and as this was one of my first jobs. I appreciated that very much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perhaps this is just at the franchised location that I work at, but earning only $11.50 per hour after four years of straight promotions and positive reviews feels low.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would personally love it if there was a greater attempt to prevent management staff from making decisions that affect team members' work environment based on personal attachments and/or affiliations.
