Just to be at work and make sure everything is getting done the right way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really didn't have a interview I was hired by the owner of the culvers I work at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are more like a family then team we have are ups and downs but all work good together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at this work place for a while now I do a lot and pick up the slack on a lot of things I've never seen a raise or promotion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of them are really helpful in do everything they can to make the work place enjoyable to everyone to work. They are a storng team people that have been there longer then most employees.
