They match what we put into our HSA.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everybody at this company is severely underpaid. Nobody cares about what I bring to the company and instead focuses on politics and mandates which has divided the offices.

More money & ratings bonus. Paid for production

I am definitely not paid enough for the work I do. And when we do extra work I feel we are not compensated enough for it.
