Everybody at this company is severely underpaid. Nobody cares about what I bring to the company and instead focuses on politics and mandates which has divided the offices.

The problem is salespeople that have been there a long time and are cancer to the rest of the team. In most businesses, the conduct would not be toleriated. In cumulus's case, management is fearful of the lost of revenue if they fire a top salesman.

Generational disconnect with top management and reality of what it is to hit the streets and sell the products available in a cohesive manner that is not high used car sales micromanagement style. Adjust the sales approach to be relevant to today's culture.
