The leadership team needs to provide more direction & vision for the future, or if they believe they are already doing that, then they need to more clearly communicate that.
Compensation and benefits are commensurate with international standards
For mission organization, the pay is fair.
Health & retirement benefits package
The compensation is subjective and it doesn't have any kind of performance or delivery metrics rather it's done based on the blessing of some group. The country context was not also taken in to account by taking proper comparators in the market.
