  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Have a reshuffle of management, have a strong staff association selected by the staff, clearly defined internal justice preferably managed by HQ, and Townhall with HQ HR semiannually.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The compensation is subjective and it doesn't have any kind of performance or delivery metrics rather it's done based on the blessing of some group. The country context was not also taken in to account by taking proper comparators in the market.
