What makes you most happy at work?The mission of the hospital. Seeing disabled kids transformed and the happy face of parents. being part of this grate mission where life is transformed to the point of miracle.
What makes you most happy at work?I feel at home with my family and the best time when I was there.
What did you like most about the interview process?To tell the true about my experience without any complications.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have a reshuffle of management, have a strong staff association selected by the staff, clearly defined internal justice preferably managed by HQ, and Townhall with HQ HR semiannually.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation is subjective and it doesn't have any kind of performance or delivery metrics rather it's done based on the blessing of some group. The country context was not also taken in to account by taking proper comparators in the market.
