What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People eat lunch together every day and laugh and tell stories and actually talk about life outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes individual development and happiness into account when making management decisions and considers the impact of features beyond revenue when making product decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive salary, able to directly contribute to Roth 401k plus additional contribution, equity in the company, profit-sharing bonus -- it's all good. I feel totally taken care of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We eat lunch together everyday. The whole company (or at least those who aren't working from home on that day). At first, I was a little intimidated by the idea, but now it feels totally natural and is my favorite part of coming to the office to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that everyone I work with wants to put their best foot forward and produce high quality work. It makes me want to contribute at my best as well. Our code is well organized and thought-out with excellent test coverage (both unit and integration tests). Meetings are organized and purposeful.
