What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While we have structured roles, it is also a relatively flat company which makes it very easy to run ideas by anyone or ask questions of anyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to approach and run ideas by them. I have only been here for a few months and have no problem going up to anyone here with questions, concerns, or ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought that some of the coding questions were interesting. It was also nice to have the CEO involved in the process, which makes it feel like a different, unique environment from the beginning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small, tight knit group. We like to joke around with each other and are in general just a fun group. I look forward to lunch every day since we all eat at the same big table in our kitchen and is always a fun time to catch up and joke around with each other.
