Good at first, coworkers fight over getting enough work to meet goal and attain bonus. Once I attained goal, I was immediately hanged up on, belittled, yelled at and intimidated by veteran employees of the company

Minimum wage, with 5% bonus for reaching goal. Goal blocked by co workers, reported to leadership. No change. Clique atmosphere, bullying and yelling by low level co workers, leaders unable to adequately control bullying.
