What do you like best about the leadership team?
nice people, very secretive, not very truthful and tend to slack

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, have empathy, trear each other as humans not robots.
Listening to employees, focus on the right things, speak up when they disagree with the CEO
Leadership needs to get better at conflict-resolution, reinforcing good performance and taking/ giving constructive criticism.
Hire and develop better managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is fair. RSUs are also nice!
They pay above market value
Free lunch and cheap benefits.
Great medical insurance, good compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not over working employees that we have no life. Have temporary personnal fill in when employees are off.
Minimum wage, with 5% bonus for reaching goal. Goal blocked by co workers, reported to leadership. No change. Clique atmosphere, bullying and yelling by low level co workers, leaders unable to adequately control bullying.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care, work well with eachother.
There's extremely talented people in the company

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to stray from participating in mob mentality.
No sense of ownership. Lots of micro-management from people who have little understanding of what they are trying to manage. Because of this, there is no sense of ownership. When something goes wrong, there is a race to blame anyone else instead of fixing the problem.
Fair amounts of workflow, less competition, and immediate remedy and mediation to conflict over work flow
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most employees are friendly, leaders exhibit compassion
open less process and overhead
It's collaborative and the focus is on team work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not have a clique atmosphere.
Stop treating employees like they are the enemy and focus on fixing problems that matter instead of creating new ones by trying to control your employees
Stop micromanaging engineers. Provide direct feedback instead of passive-aggressive manipulation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Felt the company had a great vision.

I get to own my projects from top to bottom, down to the choice of programming language
Being able to create and implement things that I know make a difference

Top management does not listen or seem to care.
Too focused on growth, not enough focus on providing the best product
