What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

There needs to be more intentionality in the workload given to employees. There have been big, audacious goals created without adequate training.

Review from Customer Success Dept

get back to the old CA culture. Value people over profits. Stop hiring your friends.

Review from Sales Dept

Giving clear direction to their teams and caring for the employees working under them. Slow things down and listen to their concerns.

Review from Marketing Dept

Being an example of the skills and attributes they are judging others by.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Diversifying at the highest levels.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Workload is absurd and my department, while essential, is undervalued as a whole.

Review from Product Dept

I don't think upper leadership sees all the value our team brings in and could be compensated a bit more fairly.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel as though I'm being underpaid based on my market research

Review from Engineering Dept

Higher salary. Being paid for the benefits not taken (IE, I save CA thousands by not using their health insurance - other companies would split that with me). Geography factors into salary goes again basic "equal work for equal pay" from civil rights movement. Even worse for non-US employees.

Review from Engineering Dept

CA is not nearly the most competitive employer in the Massachusetts market, and roles are paid significantly different based on how their "value" is perceived rather than work output

Review from Marketing Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Would be good if the team members had a better rapport

Review from Engineering Dept

I prefer to separate work from leisure. Most co-workers do not go into the office.

Review from Engineering Dept

I’m not sure. But I’m general, we could have more stability. Policies and procedures are constantly chan

Review from Customer Success Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

More opportunities to work cross functionally and get to know coworkers better.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Be clear about job expectations. What I applied for and the job description is completely different than my daily activities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Communication is poor. Feedback loops are out of control, with frenetic rounds of review by an ever expanding group of "stakeholders," many of whom have their fingers in too many pies to really understand what they're commenting on. Massive workload and no coherent vision.

Review from Product Dept

No clear goals or direction, leadership seems more invested with impressing their bosses than doing what's right or supporting the people under them. Great employees were let go to be replaced with contract workers. Promotions are given out unfairly.

Review from Sales Dept

Stop constantly changing policies, procedures, the way things are structured. Be more transparent and fair about compensation. Stop adding work and meetings just for the sake of filling time. Put managers in place who actually know how to manage people and grow an effective team.

Review from Customer Success Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Professional development and opportunities for growth.
