What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leads, supervisor and manager are great and do what they can to make this a good place to work for the rest of us. I feel bad for the way they are treated by the CEO and other executives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our hourly wages are decent-of course they can always be better. We asked the CEO about profit sharing and he told us that overtime is the bonus program. We all thought it was a joke, it wasn’

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked taking a weld test to show my abilities and the supervisor who interviewed me was down to earth and honest about what to expect.

My coworkers and the meals we are cooked! A guy has to eat!
