Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuine, approachable, and care about the team members and customers.
There are some new leaders who are young and energetic. One or two has a lot of profile and I'm kind of surprised they work here but them being here makes me feel good about being a millennial and working here. The future feels bright for the company and I want to be part of that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Integrity. Following applicable banking laws and regulations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits were the only positive.
The entire package is great
Benefits are really good. Not too expensive, Blue Cross is top tier, and the rates haven't changed the couple of years I've been here. They gave us all stock options recently which was nice. It's like anywhere else, when times are good money flows. Management isn't stingy.

What are some of the best things about your team?
we all get along, collaborate, hold each other accountable, and have fun too
The team I work in is energetic and collaborative. We work well together even though we're working from our homes right now. Our leader is one of the best in the industry so just getting to say you worked on a team he ran is kind of a big deal.

Hard working, helpful, and adaptable. also passionate
There is a strong effort to evolve into a tech forward bank which is not easy, but everyone seems to be really dedicated to that cause.

They grill you on technical stuff but that's probably why we have such a knowledgeable team.
