Our direct channel collection offerings are complemented with indirect social media monitoring and collection from inferred operational systems, allowing us to offer the most comprehensive collection suite available. As new channels emerge, our flexible architecture and methodology will allow us to include them in the offerings suite. Our customer’s aggregated data is managed to ensure its value is realized through further analysis and consideration. We store, analyze and report on the structured and unstructured data in a clever way that allows us to present insightful dashboards with the best possible actionable results.
