What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually listening to the employees instead of offering hollow platitudes and empty promises to “look into areas of concern
They say what you want to hear, but throw anything and everything under the bus other than take personal blame for their shortsightedness
Leading. They are true managers, not leaders, and inspire nobody. They lie and contradict each other so we never know what the truth is. They have been caught adjusting employee hours to improve their labor numbers on multiple occassions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is not competitive, raises are insignificant and not commensurate with cost of living

We aren't treated with dignity or decency and no amount of money can compensate for that.
Career development and advancement opportunities are lacking. Pay does not match levels of expertise or market rates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
change management, accountability, and follow-through. The team and managers also struggle with integrity and reliability.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company seems to have lost its core messaging. What used to be a community-driven company is increasingly self-absorbed. while compensation lags behind cost of living in most areas the company is based. Leadership also lacks focus and is disorganized.
