What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers that work directly with our teams are doing their best with what they are given. But they are being laid off as well. Upper managment just sees how much can be saved by firing tons of good people then brag about their promotions once they are done.
How genuinely helpful and dedicated they are to the team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are second to none!
Its really affordable and good insurance
Insurance coverage, flexibility, vacation policy.
Amazing health care benefits (never had better coverage)!
Only a part time worker so don't really get benefits, however they are very flexible with scheduling hours and are very understanding when you get sick/something personal comes up and you can't work hours and/or have to shift some around

Nice people who work hard

The inclusivity and ability to grow!

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty standard, I interviewed and started working before everything started falling apart
