CyberArk is an awesome place to work. Working remotely and talking to people from all over the country is a great time. I really enjoy helping customers secure their environments and get better cybersecurity in place. It's the first job I've had that I've never thought about leaving (in 20 years).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly helpful. If there is ever a question or need for help, you'll get someone else helping out very shortly. Everyone is super positive and upbeat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership from all levels really do seem to care about the people who work with and for them. Managers are very empathetic. I've seen them go above and beyond countless times when personal adversity hits an employee's life. They always make sure that people's needs are taken care of.
