What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easily accessible, mix of experience and capability across the senior leadership
Lead by example, and care about the employees
Leadership from all levels really do seem to care about the people who work with and for them. Managers are very empathetic. I've seen them go above and beyond countless times when personal adversity hits an employee's life. They always make sure that people's needs are taken care of.
We all have a voice and have the opportunity to use it

People and process, they don’t have a pulse
What is the best part about your compensation package?
that it is equal to all employees

Base pay is self sufficient, which is a good figure.
Healthcare is excellent , pay is below market

We are well below market competition in comp across the board. Pay to the market.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growth is a good problem.
Everyone is incredibly helpful. If there is ever a question or need for help, you'll get someone else helping out very shortly. Everyone is super positive and upbeat.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I think they were transparent. The direct managers answered all my questions.
the interview process was straightforward and they respected my time. I interviewed with HR and 4 other individuals on the management team. The entire recruitment cycle, start to finish, was approximately 4-5 weeks. It went very fast. The team does not waste time.
Interviewers are supportive and help when stuck
It was relatively low pressure
