What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cybereason has a great culture. The management team lets people be whom they want to be. We launched a program called UBU and it is inclusive of everyone and from all walks of life. It is a great working environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team expects excellence and they lead by example. The cybersecurity industry is very competitive and it requires the team to be focused. At the same time, the team hires really talented people and it is helping to shape the type of company we are becoming. We will dominate the market.
