culture (it's toxic), honesty/transparency, treating people right.

trust. also consistent expectations, and ones that are attainable.

it's not salvageable. I will be resigning and finding another job.

coworkers are not the problem. it is a zero-trust, fear-based culture. all the good people have left or are on their way out.
