Stop hiding information from the employees and own up to your mistakes. Right now the lack of ownership of decisions means we can’t actually do anything

Replace the management team. There is no confidence in their ability to execute a strategy much less develop a strategy that lasts for more than a week
Too much focus on visible changes and no effort on fixing the dumpster fire under the hood of the product.
