"I was assigned high-level technical work (SQL, data engineering) but paid far below market rates. Proper job classification, fair market compensation, and transparency in salary structure would improve this. Compensation should reflect the actual responsibilities, not outdated job titles.
too much work for not nearly as much pay
I work in as many as 3 different departments throughout the day, I unload trucks by hand, drive equipment and much more, constantly complained too, lots of mandatory over time the raises are petty
just getting along, so the day was worth it. I was the only black, and they looked at me for my work ethic and not my color.

Solving complex technical problems and working with talented colleagues. I enjoy using SQL and data engineering skills to create valuable solutions, but fair compensation and career growth opportunities would make the experience more fulfilling.
Unwanted over time, a management staff that respected and would adhere to the employees needs. We didn't need a basketball hoop, we all could use a buck more an hour
