Mr. Kneidinger served as President, Bahama Breeze Island Grille for three years. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Cafe Operations of Hard Rock Cafe International, Inc. Mr. Kneidinger was responsible for leading Hard Rock Cafe International Owned Division of Hard Rock Cafe and oversaw operations and development for company owned businesses worldwide. His 13 years with Hard Rock has encompassed various positions in the operations group as well as overseeing the Franchise Division for 4 years. He joined Hard Rock Caf?? in 1993 as a General Manager in their Washington, DC, location and later promoted to Director of Operations and Area Vice President of Franchise Operations. Prior to joining Hard Rock, he worked for the S&A Restaurant Corporation as a Director of Operations for Bennigan's Restaurants after graduating from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
