Richard L. Renninger — Senior VP & Chief Development Officer at Darden Restaurants

Mr. Richard L. Renninger, also known as Rich, has been the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President at Darden Restaurants, Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Renninger served as Chief Development Officer of First Watch Restaurants, Inc. from October 2012 to July 2016. Mr. Renninger's responsibilities include aggressive new restaurant development, strategic planning and generating new and alternative means to maximize return on capital investments. He has more than 20 years in the real estate and restaurant industry. He served as Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (formerly Outback Steakhouse Inc.) since January 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development at OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC from May 2005 to January 2008. He has over 15 years' experience in the real estate and restaurant industry. Prior to OSI, he served as Vice President of Real Estate at Hospitality International, Inc. (also known as: Rare Hospitality International, Inc.) from 2002 to May 2005, where he had responsibility for real estate development of RARE's multiple brand portfolio. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Renninger was employed by Waffle House, Inc., a private restaurant company, in various capacities of increasing responsibility including Real Estate Representative, Assistant Vice President/Director of Franchise Development, Vice President/Director of Real Estate and Vice President of Construction. Mr. Renninger serves as a Director of SiteZeus Services LLC.
