They are fun, collaborative and dependable.

Recognition on getting projects completed and helping others.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the benefits and bonus package are almost unheard of for individual contributor role.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview team was great. I met with 4 or 5 different people and felt more like a conversation than just being hit with multiple questions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone cares about the culture and making sure that it's as important to anyone who comes onboard. We're not here to work but to build and grow together. There's a fun competitiveness to getting things done and sharing what's been rolled out with the entire team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership is transparent with multiple ways and meetings for you to get info on what's happening. We get so much info that it's sometimes a bit awkward when it's Q&A and no one has any questions! I get formal feedback from my manager twice per year but we meet weekly as well.
