WFH is not just talk. We are truly remote friendly. Also, the PTO is generous

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If people were compensated based on their contributions. I currently make LESS than the person that I am leading on my team because he started at a higher salary. I should be compensated based on my contributions rather than a percentage of what I previously made.

Missing life insurance, vision insurance, basic medical is expensive compared to other employers I've had. Actual bonus pay was far less than I expected when joining.
Wages are significantly lower than industry ranges for this role in this market. No periodic reviews of performance or compensation.

Our team is full of super smart and talented people. I'm proud to be working alongside them and learning from professionals that are really top-notch at what they do.

Praxent company environment is great. The leaders want it to be a place that's productive, enjoyable, and spirited.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer facing roles are subjected to customer problems and cultures, which can be the extreme opposite of Praxent. As a Praxent employee embedded in dysfunctional clients, I have had a difficult time staying motivated and engaged with Praxent activity.
