Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If people were compensated based on their contributions. I currently make LESS than the person that I am leading on my team because he started at a higher salary. I should be compensated based on my contributions rather than a percentage of what I previously made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Missing life insurance, vision insurance, basic medical is expensive compared to other employers I've had. Actual bonus pay was far less than I expected when joining.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Praxent company environment is great. The leaders want it to be a place that's productive, enjoyable, and spirited.
