The people are generous and amazing. The culture is very positive.
The people. You don't need xbox games in the break room or giant tvs everywhere, when you actually enjoy talking to the person sitting next to you.
Customer facing roles are subjected to customer problems and cultures, which can be the extreme opposite of Praxent. As a Praxent employee embedded in dysfunctional clients, I have had a difficult time staying motivated and engaged with Praxent activity.
