Really, the people we get to work with is what makes Praxent special. Also, the constant stream of new opportunities means the job is never boring.

When things work. In software development it's a great feeling to have a cognitive design or implementation challenge and not trip on the toolsets to deliver a great solution.

The people are generous and amazing. The culture is very positive.

The people. You don't need xbox games in the break room or giant tvs everywhere, when you actually enjoy talking to the person sitting next to you.

Customer facing roles are subjected to customer problems and cultures, which can be the extreme opposite of Praxent. As a Praxent employee embedded in dysfunctional clients, I have had a difficult time staying motivated and engaged with Praxent activity.
