How does Praxent handle HR issues?
Unclear. Depending on who you talk to (or who approaches you), you might perceive different levels of confidence that your issue is being addressed, and follow through is decent, but ultimately, top leadership has ultimate say regardless of what your immediate manager and you may have felt pretty confident about implementing.
I am not sure there is a clear process. Praxent is always improving and adapting but doesn't seem quite mature in HR just yet.

The WFH policy is great. You can work from home whenever needed as long as you post a message to announce it in out #in-and-out channel in Slack.
It's incredible. Every meeting has a web meeting link and employees are encouraged to use their own judgement each day on whether they should work from the office or work from home.

Always innovating, always honing the internal process.
