What do you like best about the leadership team?
THEY COMMUNICATE AND HAVE AN OPEN DOOR POLICY. THEY TRY TO POINT OUT WHEN YOU DO A GREAT JOB INSTEAD OF JUST WHEN YOU MAKE A MISTAKE
They are not one to micromanage.

Hire someone that can actually lead

RETIREMENT PLAN AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
Overtime since we can't keep a full staff
We have a low deductible.

Company is broke and only the big boss es get raises
