What makes you most happy at work?
I work on a variety of projects with full ownership + accountability. I'm asked to bring innovative solutions and test pilots for scale and automation which helps me stay in the know of what is new and ticking in the industry. My team doesn't shy away from experimenting and failing is not taboo.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are highly aligned with the mission, vision of company and the role we play in it. As a result, we focus on business priorities and not on ourselves or personal agendas. Feedback is provided constructively and there is a high level of trust which allows me to bring my authentic self to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a high level of transparency and trust! I can do my best work at a time and place that suits me. I also have the ability to choose to work from a WeWork when I need to find a place away from my home set up or meet colleagues. Regular offsites ensure I get facetime with my team/ peers.
