What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our E team is fabulous. They are always working for a super cohesive environment, and always looking for the best ways to help our customers' reach their goals.

The leadership team says it like it is, even if the message isn't as polished as it could be, I don't feel like I'm being fed a line.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Ted only hires executives that do not challenge him and or stroke his ego. In the span of six months the CRO, CLO, CPO, SVP of Engineering and CFO all resigned along with various other senior leaders.

Overall, a general overhaul on work culture has been needed for at least two years now. Currently, App Annie is the definition of a toxic work environment for many employees. Management should be more interested in helping employees improve rather than solely providing criticism.
