What did you like most about the interview process?Fairly fast at the time, but most of the best employees have left
What did you like most about the interview process? The only thing I would say, it was a LONG process that involved a lot of people. However, it was great taking time to know the "players" and understanding their position before being hired.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are not only informed on what is happening down the pipeline, but we are educated on the how, why, when and what data.ai is doing, where we are going, and how we all have an impact on the outcome.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? It appears the Board has written off the company and probably lost hope in making any return. Either the company needs to be sold and led by a new team or massive restructuring at the executive level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Ted only hires executives that do not challenge him and or stroke his ego. In the span of six months the CRO, CLO, CPO, SVP of Engineering and CFO all resigned along with various other senior leaders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Overall, a general overhaul on work culture has been needed for at least two years now. Currently, App Annie is the definition of a toxic work environment for many employees. Management should be more interested in helping employees improve rather than solely providing criticism.
