Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
On the one hand, there is no a lot of control and micromanagement, but on the other side no one wants to take responsibility, that's why sometimes colleagues face: 1. mess 2. inability to recognize a leader 3. inability to protect yourself or escalate something using the authority of your leader.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
sports/hobby/external languages compensation would be very nice

Good sense of humor, high level of responsibility

No micromanagement and more or less nice colleagues

there is no micromanagement in the company and we are free to drive our initiatives.

It's a team of strong professionals who like their job and have a great sense of humor.

I feel free and I like it. Also, I really appreciate that I don't feel any control and micromanagement.

ability to cooperate with smart people, to learn new technologies, to develop my various skills and spend time with my sweet coworkers.

I like the style of team spirit that they created. I do not feel any stoppers to communicate with the leadership group directly.
