I am a QA Engineer experienced and qualified in both Manual and Automation QA. I like data analysis and a friendly environment without a stupid rush when both sides of the project (a company and a client) understand that we are human after all.

Everyone is responsible for themselves and their work. Everything is quite flexible here in the company.

company is the real provider of 'people first' approach, and with there is no 'big brother' looking up on you

sport card, because the last time our local office changed the insurer and it's very bad, but I think it will be changed because nobody likes it

well, I am a remote employee now, but still, there are IT events organized by the company and there are lots of times we can gather on-site or in the office with the colleagues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I can be paid more, but I need lots of time to prove this. Also, the average salary in DataArt is in the lower minimum range of the overall average salary for the IT industry.
