I started to work here in the midst of a pandemic and am here for almost a year. But I don't feel like a part of the company, mostly because I work from home and we don't have any activities or presents or teambuildings.

When my tasks are finished and got approve by the team leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At this point in time, I am in a position that is called Webmaster and am compensated as a Webmaster. However, in my daily work, I am constantly closing tasks that are at least for Strong Junior Front-end developers (I also have this title), but I still receive payment as a webmaster that is lower.
