Professionalism, ability to have everything under control with no... well... almost no pressure applied to the team. Really appreciate this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary itself, frankly speaking. But also like 10 sick no-need-to-confirm sick days and 20 days of paid vacation very very much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Companies slogan: People first. And this is not just words: I can feel it every time I have any interaction with the company, meaning DataArt itself, not the Customer projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows what to do and who could be asked for help or questioned in case of any troubles, which provides a lot of opportunities to work autonomously (only random disturbs for meetings and questions from colleges) and get better focused on tasks.
